Fred came to know the Lord Jesus Christ in 1985 at Chomedey Baptist Church. This is where he and his wife Nancy married in 1986.In 1989 ,having a great desire to know more about the Word of God, he and his wife travelled to New Brunswick where he attended New Brunswick Bible Institute(NBBI)for 3 years and receive a diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies(1992).He later obtained a Bachelor of Theology Degree B.TH. awarded by Covington Theological Seminary(2010).

With fifteen years of ministry experience that included ministries such as Christian camping, youth and senior pastorates, he became the pastor at Peoples Church Two- Mountains in August, 2008. He and his wife Nancy have three sons and a daughter. They also are grandparents of 9 precious little ones. . Fred enjoys sports especially hockey and loves to jog.
